For this project, Tribu architecture is its own client. The project plans the construction of 19 living spaces within a compact building. Each flat has either a loggia facing the river or a large balcony on the forest side.

The objective of this project is to provide good quality housing, whilst keeping a reasonable rent. The project will also be exemplary in terms of energy saving.
